MachiNation is an offline-first manufacturing and quality toolbox. It is designed to do its job without collecting personal information about you. This policy describes exactly how the app behaves today.

Offline-first operation

MachiNation runs entirely on your device. Its calculators, converters, and reference tables work with no internet connection. The app does not require a network connection to function.

Data stored on your device

To remember your choices between sessions, MachiNation stores the following on your device only:

• Preferences — such as theme, text size, and decimal precision.
• Favorites — the tools you mark for quick access.
• History — calculations you choose to save.

This information is kept in the app's local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. You can clear saved calculations and favorites from within the app's Settings, and removing the app removes this data.

No account required

MachiNation has no sign-up, login, or user account. You do not provide a name, email address, or any credentials to use the app.

No cloud synchronization

Your data is not synced to any server or cloud service. It stays on the device where it was created and is not shared across devices.

No sale of personal data

MachiNation does not collect personal data to sell, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Analytics

The app currently includes no analytics, tracking, or advertising software, and does not build a profile of you or your usage. If analytics are ever added in a future release, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why before that release ships.

Children's privacy

Because MachiNation does not collect personal information or require an account, it does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app's behavior changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
